The Hutchinson Center's building is a handsome one-story structure, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with ample parking. Our facility is available to the community, for a fee, for educational programs and meetings. We are a state-of-the art facility with "wireless" internet capability.
Two Executive Seminar Rooms –
Both Executive Seminar Rooms are equipped with a fully outfitted podium work station that offers Office XP 2007, internet access, video conferencing, a document camera, VCR, DVD, and cassette player.

Each room contains fixed seating and tables for 24 participants, with space for an additional 10 temporary seats. Each fixed seat also has power access and an Ethernet jack. Food and beverage can be easily set up in these rooms.
Versatile Classrooms –
(Room 105)
Rooms 105, 106 & 129 are the most versatile rooms. All rooms are 800 or larger square feet. Each is equipped with a fully outfitted podium workstation that offers Office 2007, internet access, a document camera, VCR, DVD/LD, and a cassette player and contain conference tables and comfortable chairs, that can be arranged to your specification.
Room 129 is also equiped with a Polyvision Eno interactive whiteboard.

Seating capacity depends on set-up. (Maximums - Theater style 50; U-shaped 30; Classroom style 30; Conference style 30; Herringbone style 35). Food and beverage can be easily set up in these rooms.
PC and MAC Computer Labs –
(Vista PC lab room 101)
Each computer lab is equipped with a fully outfitted podium workstation that offers Office 2007, internet access, a document camera, VCR, DVD, and a cassette player. There are 18 fixed-desk work stations. Two participants may share a work station if necessary. No food or beverage is allowed in the computer labs.
The Auditorium –
With fixed seating for 105, and space for an additional 20 chairs, this area accommodates the largest groups.

The space includes a fully outfitted podium workstation that offeres Office 2007, internet access, a document camera, VCR, DVD, and a cassette player. The Auditorium has a drop-down screen, a stage area complete with two types of microphones, 5.1 surround sound and HD Blueray capacity.
The Atrium –
Visitors are welcomed in the atrium, a spacious open area with floor to ceiling windows, indirect lighting, white tile floor and white walls.

Small conference and meeting rooms –
There is a small conference room as well as several small meeting rooms available at limited times. Seating in these rooms is limited to 6-10 individuals. Food and beverage are allowed in these rooms.
New Media Room -
Large Conference table, seats 18. Room is equiped with Video Conference, Computer, LCD projector, DVD, speaker phone & whiteboards. Food and beverage is allowed in this room.
Conference Center -
Can seat up to 170 individuals at round tables, 200 auditorium style. Easy access to / from catering kitchen. Choose from a variety of room setup styles. Can be used as 1 large room or three smaller rooms with sound proof room dividers. Each room has Office 2007, internet, DVD, LCD screen and aux cables for laptops. Presentations can also span the entire space showing on all three screens at the same time. Food and beverage is allowed in this space.
