I understand and accept that the car pool program sponsored by the Hutchinson Center, University of Maine is a voluntary program for which the Hutchinson Center receives no benefit, monetary or otherwise. By participation in the program I therefore agree to waive any potential claims against and hold harmless the Hutchinson Center, its employees, administrators and agents from all damages, claims, losses, expenses, and fees. This includes attorney's fees, cost and judgments that may be asserted against the aforementioned that may result from any actions either directly or indirectly resulting from any damage or injury that may be sustained by me and are attributable to the car pool program.
